Located in the unincorporated portion of the Simi Hills at the eastern edge of Ventura County, Bell Canyon is a guard gated community of 800 custom estates, many of which are equestrian properties with stables, turnouts and other horse facilities. A horse lover’s paradise, the community has a Class-A equestrian center that can accommodate up to 120 horses. The grounds feature four barns, 80 stalls, corrals, sand riding arenas, enclosed bullpens and shaded picnic areas.
Bell Canyon is served by the award-winning
Las Virgenes Unified School District and is within the boundaries of California Distinguished and Blue Ribbon schools, Round Meadow Elementary, A.C. Stelle Middle and Calabasas High School.
