Selecting a home is a visual process. Unfortunately, most buyers (regardless how creative), are not able to see beyond your tastes, color choices and family photos. The homes that sell the fastest and for the highest price are those that look like model-homes…those that are staged. I tell my clients that the end goal is to make your home look beautiful…so clean, well-organized and furnished with up to the minute staging furniture and accessories that it appears no one lives there! This may seem unreasonable on the surface, but it’s definitely worth the bit of inconvenience to get it SOLD in order to move on!
